BodyLab NI is a holistic health and wellbeing clinic. Our facilities include an onsite gym, showers, lockers, physio, massage, scarwork therapy, free water and free carparking.

I have had the utmost professionalism and care at Body Lab. The Pilates is fantastic and has increased my core strength, balance, and body awareness. I have the best posture I’ve ever had with a huge reduction in pain relief. Body Lab NI has made differences to my life, as my posture has increased massively with added flexibility and I now have great sleep patterns with the utilisation of taking part in Pilates. I would highly recommend the Pilates at Body Lab to anyone. Initially I started Pilates to assist in back pain, but will now stay at it for as long as I can. I have tried 3 other Pilates classes elsewhere, but none come close to Pilates at Body Lab NI.
BodyLab has 1st class facilities with efficient and friendly staff. Between there physio, massage and personal training they keep me in the best possible shape to perform at my best on the ice.
I have really enjoyed completing my First Boot Camp & 6 Weeks Personal Training sessions at Body Lab NI. Every single member of staff couldn't have done enough for me. The encouragement, advice and support was definitely a very big factor in me reaching my first weight loss target. I never would have thought that 8 weeks ago I would lose over 2 Stone, do a 5K run, and be able to train to the intensity that I am now. My diet and attitude to healthy eating has totally changed, and I feel that I have been educated in a healthier lifestyle overall. So thank you all for your help, I really appreciate it.
